I have sdrtrunk v0.6.0 setup to monitor the P25-1 network in SC. they have 1 control and 3 alts simulucast. Running two sdr-rtl v3 on a win11 pc. I have built the channels and alias but am not hearing the responses from the field channel name is showing control and t-control for all traffic have I missed something? or does the field traffic run thru the alt controllera

how many channels do you have set

Only one channel the palmetto 800. p25-1 about 25 or so aliases defined for my home county

the aliases do show on the now playing screen so maybe they are really there and just show up a T-control

or does the field traffic run thru the alt controllera

It sites on the control channel and if you have a good signal, it should say Control and be yellow.



When the control channel sees a call, SdrTrunk will create the voice channel and it will say call, and then disappear until the next voice call.

Post a screenshot of your tuner tab with the dongle on the control channel selected with spectrum on, and also the playlist and the freqs you entered.

Looks like gain is set to automatic. That will definitely raise the noise floor and create decode/signal issues unless the systems tower is very close to you. .

The "T-Control" channel is not a control channel. It is a Traffic channel that carries voice traffic, hence the "T-" prefix.
