SDS100 / SDS200 Black Friday Deal

I just place my order with Bearcat Warehouse for the SDS200. They have to keep there pricing at $699 like everyone else, however they are offering an additional 1 year warranty for 1 cent. Also, no tax and free shipping. It appears they are also offering this deal for the SDS100 as well.

I already ordered an SDS200 so hopefully it's not much lower than what I paid. An extra year warranty, no tax and free shipping seems like a pretty good discount which knocks about a hundred bucks off. I called Bearcat Warehouse and asked them if the prices were going to get any lower for their sale and they said no. It might just be through Uniden directly?

Bearcat Warehouse is the BEST place to buy. Deal with Paul there as he's the most knowledgeable in that entire operation. They also offer free shipping and no sales tax too.

We shall see - I would find it odd why they would send an email saying sale right next to a pic of a sds200, then not actually offer any sale.

edit: Just noticed, it says in tiny letters at the top "shop uniden Black Friday" so I'm hoping, was going to get one months ago but have been holding out just for this. If they just knock $50 off then you still did Ok, $100+ then probably should have waited. Could be there will be no price discount but will offer free mode upgrades, I personally do not need that but it would make the scanner more valuable.
Also, would be possible bearcat warehouse would honor the sale if they haven't shipped yet, don't hurt to ask.

Amazon has, sold by Amazon, the SDS100 for 549.99, two left, more on the way.

I got my order in when it was showing 4 left..

Walmart had, sold by Walmart, for the same price one left, but it was gone before I could complete the transaction!

They sent me another email for their elusive black friday sale, still nothing on sale. I called their corporate office, closed for the holidays. I am starting to think that they think people are stupid and don't know these aren't sale prices and are just going to impulse buy a scanner thinking they are on sale. Either that or they consider the weak incentives some dealers are offering [1 cent warranty extension or an antenna] as a sale.
