This is a Source Client error so the router Port Forwarding doesn't come into play.

This is the key:
Unable To Connect To Broadcastify Server - Error Code 9 - System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No such host is known

I would double and triple check the Server IP Address is entered correctly. Try clicking the Broadcastify Auto Config. button to auto config.
If it still doesn't work then reboot the computer. Power cycle the scanner after the computer finishes rebooting.

{edit} Where do you see [::ffff:174.127.114.11]:808
"ffff" and brackets doesn't look right. It looks kind of like a IPv6 address.
{edit2} Where did the 808 come from? That's a port #.

when u ping audio1.broadcastity.com it comes up the ip address
Are you seeing the same error?
The Ping command may not be a definitive test because the Ping command works on the OSI network layer and the Source Client streaming to the Broadcastify server works on the transport layer (one layer above).

You could try a online search for " how to ping a certain port "

ICMP, including ping (echo request and echo reply), operates at layer 3 (network) of the OSI model. The transport layer is in the same OSI model.

You cannot ping a specific port, although you can test to see if it is open with something like netcat or telnet.

The "no such host is known" leads me to believe there's a DNS issue. OP, open Command Prompt and type:
Code:
ipconfig /all
and post the results. Screenshot is fine.

@kb3nun
Is this the IP address obtained when you did the auto config [::ffff:174.127.114.11]:808
Can you try entering in the IP address and port manually. I think you have to go to your feed details to get the IP address and port

No when I do the auto config it puts in audio1.broadcatity.com. On port 80
When u do a tracert in windows command prompt and use the audio1.broadcastity.com it comes up with that ip

Did you change the port from 80 to 808? I would try 443 first and if that fails, use 80.

So can you try ipconfig /all and post your results but edit out the physical addresses.

I changed it to port 8500 and tried port 8080 also
I think that’s the local side, i.e. the streaming port on your side. For the connection to Broadcastify, what port is configured?

@ProScan is there a port configuration field for the Broadcastify side? I don’t have ProScan installed at the moment.

Where are you getting 8500 from? It should be 80 (8080 will work too).

{edit} Can you power cycle the router if you didn't already.
