No difference. The Source Client code is the same. Windows is producing that error. It seems the problem is intermittent so I would monitor RadioFeed over a longer period of time and then try ProScan again. No one else has reported that error.

{edit} ProScan and RadioFeed can be installed and running at the same time so I'm not sure why ProScan was uninstalled.

{edit2} If the problem comes up again then try this: At the command prompt, enter

nslookup audio1.broadcastity.com

i mean something may have got corrupt when i installed proscan the first time, even knowing that i uninstalled it, but i didnt do the registry delete, so maybe deleting all the registry file may have helped, what is your opion on that

What Registry entries are you refereeing to? Hopefully you didn't mess something else up. I never advise to edit the Registry.

If you see anything with ProScan in the registry, it's because Windows is remembering the recent apps used or a shortcut added.
Don't focus on the Registry.

Also if it happens again,
Verify the error is the same which is: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No such host is known

Perhaps google search -> troubleshoot dns server
This link may be helpful.

sorry it has taken me so long to reply did alot of testing, I am still having. Issues here is what I am deal with
Proscan software
Source only running. No issues ,no errors
Source and web server. Running. No issues no errors
Source, web server ,and remote scanner over ip and that is were all the errors start
The errors come up on the source screen , no host found and the non connected sockets and all the other errors
But when i turn off the remote scanner over ip all errors stop

Thanks for the testing. Several moths ago, in version 19.10, the RSOIP was changed to accept IPv6 addresses. It shouldn't cause this problem but anything is possible. If you send me a bug report then I will send you a test file using the RSOIP from ver. 19.9

Bug Reporting

If you discover a bug, send an email to support@proscan.org. The advantage of email is so I can ask questions and send you production quality files with additional testing to help fix the bug. The person reporting the bug will get the fix sooner than waiting for the next release. Put "bug" in the Subject line.

Bug Reports - Advise on the following:
  • Product (ProScan, Free Client, or RadioFeed):
  • Version:
  • Scanner type:
  • Scanner firmware version (if applicable):
  • OS type:
  • Options pertaining to the bug:
  • Describe in detail what the bug is doing or not doing:
