Searching For New/Unknown NYCICN/ DOITT Talkgroups

Radio shop is doing a lot of radio checks on what I assume are DOC talkgroups. Have logged 10501, 10502, 10503, 10510, 10517, 10535, 10536, 10538, 10550 and 10749. They identified two of them.

10501, 10502, 10503, Encrypted Tactical Talkgroups

10536, Encrypted Special Operations Talkgroups

10538 Inter-Agency Inter-OP Talkgroup

10550 Encrypted

10749 Not a DOC talkgroup

Yeah they identified 10535 and 10538 over the air.

11977 on site 30 was looking into an "unlicensed construction company". Another unit pulled a tree service vehicle over in Staten Island. I wonder if 11976 and 11977 are Business Integrity Commission Police or something. 130### UIDs.
