Have a friend looking for the SeniorCare EMS frequency out of NYC. I know 911 Units operate on the designated FDNY EMS frequencies, but does anyone know what the Freq(s) are for transport and general operations? I believe they are running a TRBO system, but I could be wrong. I searched up the organization by name in ULS, but couldn’t find anything. Thanks in advance.

Im pretty confident they dont use "Nextel" anymore. The Nextel iDen service was shut down many many many years ago.
But maybe you mean Nextel to reference VoIP communications like Zello or Sprints and ATTs PTT over Cellular services.

There are several private ambulance companies in North Texas who use those services.
