Sorry that was the HP Version, the Sentinal is V 1.01
Your Sentinel version is years out of date. Install the latest version, 2.03.02

The example I give is the Bellagio in Las Vegas. It's not there under US>Nevada>Clark>County Systems. Most of the trunks are but there are a few missing. Using Ver 2.02 (build 01).
Classic example of why old, defunct systems need to be set to deprecated status, and a whole new system created for whatever has replaced it. This one was clearly changed from an analog type system to DMR, which is the only reason some of the talkgroups still show up as analog. Oh well, too late now.I don't think that system is setup correctly in the database. None of the frequencies for the site have LCN's (which is probably why it isn't downloading) and a lot of talk groups are tagged as Analog.

There's still an issue with this. Just updated the master database HPDB, and it's not showing all the trunked systems in a county.

The same holds true for trunked systems that have all the LCN's populated but has NO Talkgroups, the system will not be available in the weekly Sentinel DB updates. If all LCN's=0; Then you'll never see it in uniden DB (regardless of the presence of TG's). Was it there before the most recent update unlikely.. Somebody needs to get some legit LCN numbers.
FYI,Thank You.
Guess I need to program these things manually.
I just received my SDS200 and I am having connections issues with the Uniden server updating. Sentinel version is 2.02 rev 01. Appears that there are no solutions? Is there another software that might have better results?
Its timing out, starts the download and sits there for a period of time. The error box pops up saying destination site is taking too long. Yesterday it timed out updating firmware, today tried again , I think I got the firmware updated, time out on downloading database . I am receiving transmissions from different agencies. What is the EXACT error message you are getting when trying to update the database?

Using grande, plenty of band width. Live in central txAlso what internet service do you use? HughesNet will not work.
Grande is my ISPAre you using Hughesnet for your ISP?

Thanks for the info. I'll keep tryingIf your error message is saying "Updating HP failed. Operation is canceled. The operation has timed out.", that's an indication of too much latency in the FTP transfers from your provider. Nothing to do with bandwith.
Haven't heard of that ISP or any reports on problems yet.
