Did you put in the control channels only (the ones in red and blue)? I noticed there's four of them (771.85625, 772.10625, 772.35625, 772.63125). It isn't necessary to enter the voice channels.

Also I suggest you ask the forum admins to change this thread's title to something like "Need help receiving Brown County, Wisconsin SIREN system on Pro 652". Using your screen name for it isn't very helpful.

Also, you might consider buying the programming software for the PRO652.

Since you are already a premium subscriber, you could easily download the system you want to scan with the Radioreference import feature.

It makes programming so much easier and nearly flawless.

I just noticed there's a band plan for that system:

0. Base Freq 851.00625, spacing 6.25 kHz
1. Base Freq 762.00625, spacing 6.25 kHz
2. Base Freq 851.01250, spacing 12.5 kHz
3. Base Freq 762.00625, spacing 12.5 kHz
4. Base Freq 935.01250, spacing 6.25 KHz

Change the system type to P25 Manual to enter them in.

There are three software programs that will work for the PRO-652 listed in the RR Wiki here...

Object Oriented Scanner Software - The RadioReference Wiki

They all offer a fully functional 30 day free trial. My recommendation is the download all three, try them for 30 days and then register the one (or more) that you're the most comfortable using.

Hope this helps.
