No offense taken. I admit I don't listen everyday , but I hear regular EAMs quite often . That is what they are called right?? And actually quite a few today. I thought I knew a little bit about HF, maybe not.? So are the skyking messages just a totally separate category then? Thanks mike

Hey Mike. I monitor the Global HF System Freqs almost all the time. If you like monitoring these and are not aware, there are many sources for frequencies and detailed info about this aspect. Let me know if you can't find them and I will help you.

jslo, thanks for the offer! Most of the places I have checked out always list the same freq. so I think I am covered. Although not sure how it works , but every now and then, I will hear replies not on listed ground freq. Is their anywhere that may list common ones in use for the actual aircraft (HF), when they reply? Or call? Mike

One place that has been a great source of info is the "State specific" section of the forums. Check your state and then look for mil com within the forum that is specific to your state. One of the guys just this morning shared some A2A refueling freqs for Texas with me. If there is a problem for me at least, it's the massive amount a data we have access to.

Good luck,

You are right about the information! So much too dig through, I don't mind though. When I first got into the hobby, I would listen, and dig through the various "Police Call" vols. -----way before the internet. So all the info is great! I will check some state forums like you suggested. And thanks again. Mike
