I've had my SDS200 2 weeks now. I am still experiencing what I think is slow scan speed. I only have one favorites list turned on and only four channels active that aren't avoided. I even programmed a new list with only three channels in it and I'm still getting clipped audio. When a car checks in I barley hear that and sometimes when the dispatch responds it's getting clipped at first. I've played with all the filters, the digital wait time, ect. and not getting anywhere with it. I don't know what else to try. These channels are 3 vhf P25 singles and 1 vhf analog. Any suggestions? If not I will have to return and try a different unit. I bought this because our county is suppose to be going digital simulcast sometime in the future. Our local city is not. I'm in Whitewater, WI.

Slow Scan Speed?
Recently purchase an SDS200 and it seems to me that it's scanning slow as a turtle. I have just one system on and have avoided all but 7 channels to see if that would help but it still seems to be very slow. It doesn't even seem to get back around in the scan to catch the beginning of another...
