Smith Two Way Radio

Hello all, I am trying to determine LCN numbers for Smith Two Radio sites in Winslow AR & Rudy AR. I know they are NXDN Nex9 sites. Does anyone know the LCNs for those two sites, or do they even need LCNs. I don't think what shows in Radio Reference is correct.

Smith uses DFA so the CC broadcasts the frequency info. No need for LCN on a Uniden scanner.

I was hoping this was the case. I knew that some of the sites were DFA, but couldn't get confirmation on Rudy and Winslow. Thank you very much.
