Or perhaps with no weapons onboard which would make them a lot lighter hence more fuel onboard.

From Wikipedia
TU-160 12,300 km (7,643 mi) practical range without in-flight refueling, Mach 0.77 and carrying 6 × Kh-55SM dropped at mid range and 5% fuel reserves. The missiles weigh 1,650 kg each (3,640 lb) (Kh-65SE) or
2,400 kg each(5,300 lb) (Kh-101).

So perhaps another nearly 22000 pounds of fuel per aircraft without weapons.

A look at the radio on the waist of a flight deck crew member working with F-35C Lightning II aircraft assigned to the "Grim Reapers" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 101 aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70).

Yet another 1st HS Huey outfitted with ADS-B. MUSSEL12 AE624F
Heading back eastbound from western VA. When I first noticed it outbound this morning it was near Davison AAF and displaying a PAT callsign.
Seems to be MUSSEL6 on the radio. Inbound to Ft McNair

1552- LIMO209 will be on station soon. Seems to be in the Alexandria area.

Hearing traffic over Raleigh on 273.425 talking about the back being hot, heard helo nearby but no visual or ads-b hit. Did not hear callsign and it was only a couple of short transmissions.

Did have a KC-130J Hercules inbound to Raleigh (Otis53 AE1194 @ 15k feet up)

DOUBLEDOWN667 MARINE-1 VH-92A familiarization aircraft active in the DC area. 134.35

Any ideas about this?
https://flightaware.com/live/flight/164525/history/20181129/1610Z/KNHK/KNHK

Flightaware sometimes takes typical Navy 6 digit tail and their software creates Air Force type
tail # like 16-4525 but is most likely 164525 which comes back as Navy TPS Pax River
NU-1B Otter. Pax has only one Otter listed #164525.. She is an oldie :)
Poking around I see N266MW was a early test bed for the white top VH-92A program..

Anyone have a good list of NJ F16s a/a freqs? Do they use any uhf or just vhf? I have 140.100, 140.175, 140.200 and 140.700 Think 140.2 might be a common fighter freq? Have seen others using it also. Thanks

Dover 436th AW C-5M got the Gung Ho video treatment.
Backing up a C-5M without a tow bar.. I remember some years ago a Dover C-5
took wrong taxiway at Va Beach airport and couldn't back up so had to foul the ramp
for quite a while as later they flew in a C-5 tow bar from Dover to push it back out.
Guess the M models can back up but sounds like they don't do that often :)

Edit,stuck C-5 was back in 2003..
