Who/What is "Capitol Ops" on 234.800? Nobels just did radio check with them.

Lately, I've also heard them use Senate call, which is the 121st SOF & Watergate which I think is the 121st Maintenance
Another 249249 code popped up over the LDN VOR at 09:55 then flew around ADW at 6000-7000 feet, showing a 7700 squawk, dropped off at 10:17.
Update - this was CAPITAL 93, F-16, declared an emergency for what sounded like a pressurization problem. The NOBEL CAP guys were talking about them earlier, apparently heading to Nellis. Sounds like the rest of the CAPITAL flight 91-92 kept going.

Usually Andrews has little role in Guard Dog unless one of the players declares an IFE and has to land there. That has happened several times.

1100- Noble 01 & Noble 11 chatting on 293.3 about where to run their CAP and which freqs (Aux 14) they used on the way up. Nobles 01 clearing out of the CAP. Nobles advise that they were using 270.2 as boom freq. Noble 12 calling Swarth 61 on 270.2 & 247.05
1107- Noble 01 flt check in at FL220 w/ZDC Montebello (284.7). Cleared to Savannah.

Outgoing CAP fighters back to Savannah id'd 293.300 as Ops or Aux 13, incoming id'd 363.900 as Ops or Aux 14.
I'll listen to the recordings today. I was in back2back meetings and had the volume down, but the recorder was capturing the traffic.
I do recall seeing a P8 up around the same time.
Turns out the LAVA was an E-6 and 264.850 is a Barnes A-A freq so that's probably the F-15s you were hearing in the VIPER airspace ?

1509- Swath 62 (KC-135R # 62-3508 AE05A5 108th ARW) off McGuire heading for the CAP. Check in at FL240 w/Guard Dog (135.525)
1515- Medusa 98 (KC-46 # 17-46025 AE5E06 22nd ARW McConnell AFB KS) off McGuire heading west.
