0850- SAM 249 (C-32 # 98-0002 ADFEB8) off ADW heading northeast. Another senior official off to Europe? #98-0002 usually carries only top ranking VIPs. At 0900 Sam 149 turned and headed due east. Unusual route for a SAM flight. Now working ZNY Oceanic (133.5).

Israeli F-35 delivery flight from Fort Worth, looks like only three aircraft made it instead of four.
1000- Looks like CAP is using the 247.5 for ATC like during the Trump CAPs. Keep getting hits but no ID's yet. I have this labeled as Special Use ZNY.
ATC or refueling freq ? Going back through my notes - 247.500 was originally the designated refueling freq for the Wilmington CAP but they said 247.05 and that one stuck.
I'm hearing refueling as with prior Biden CAPs
