Sadly no, I just have my handheld, the easiest way to record is taking a video of it with my phone but I couldn’t at the time.

Its unusal terminology for the F15, they have 3 hydraulic systems, all redundant. Usually if it was a failure of any of those systems they would have declared an inflight emergency (IFE), depending on what system had failed they would most likely have used the arresting gear (tail hook) to catch the cable upon landing.
