The KC-46 will be permitted to use its centerline drogue system to refuel aircraft for U.S. Transportation Command.

There was nothing on her public schedule about this trip, but I know Friday she goes to Minnesota and she will be headed to Japan for the opening ceremonies of the Olympics.

First Lady canceled Friday trip to Minnesota.

Actually, she has kind of disappeared isolating (quarantined???) at the beach house for the past week, didn't make the trip to Wilmington with Joe last weekend, and now cancelling travel. Interesting that Joe also left for Wilmington two hours early last Friday (alone) after FLOTUS came home at 12:17am in the morning. Not related to the thread but interesting.

Maybe they had air spare as flight of 5. Seem to be base hopping instead of tankers. Thanks JS

Checking tape this morning 10:29am local had a FIRST-11 ZDC UHF at FL350 self id as "flight of 5 standard formation" going to FL370
then nothing much heard after that.

Not sure if anyone caught it or heard it but the German Air Force A350(10+03) under GAF917 Heavy, visited the US today. It flew Berlin, Germany to Grand Rapids Michigan, then a short flight to Detroit then onwards to New York. The Foreign Ministry is visiting 3 U.S. cities that are critical to the German's and Germany as a whole. Detroit, New York and Rapid City, SD.

1006 - DECOY 80 calling VTANG OPS on 293.700, DECOY 80 is enroute to KBTV to help get the 158th FW to Nellis for Red Flag 21-3.

Channel 82A is not one used by the USCG.

They would use channels 21A, 23A, 81A or 83A. The rotate between Sectors to minimize interference. Any AUX Air with Sector Maryland would be using 23A. I think Sector Delaware Bay to North may use 81A and possibly Sector Virginia is on 83A.

Maybe it's another government agency. I think the Navy has used 82A in the past for YPs moored at the Academy in Annapolis.

@mdmonitor So this VHF Marine 82A traffic is happening again this morning. 157.125 (FM Mode) (Simplex). They are identifying as Cutless 11, 12 and 13. They mention targets and give many coordinate. Maybe something to do with Dahlgren Navy Base ?
