Thanks for filling in the blanks, Dean! I caught this on recording this morning here in Maine.

Here's my logs:
1144z 293.000 BLUE 41 and RETRO 91/92 doing trivia at first followed by some refueling comms then told to “push 268.4”.
1158z 303.000 BLUE 41 and BLUE 42 A-A comms.
1201z 289.700 No positive ID but sounded like two tankers, “we’re in the block 250-270 currently at 260”.
1218z 268.400 BLUE 41 and RETRO 91/92 check in on new boom freq.

---------------------------
I'd also like to add I caught the NoAF F-35's yesterday (Aug 11) passing through on recording as well.

Here's the logs from that flight:
1259z 254.600 BLUE 21 and RETRO 71-73 Boom freq, talk about hearing from BLUE 22 and then refueling comms after that.
1259z 303.000 BLUE 21 and BLUE 22 A-A coordinating their rendezvous over New Brunswick, Canada.

That's all from here.
Cheers for the logs Ed, that BLUE 21-22/RETRO had me scratching for a bit to be honest, only match id got on that call sign previous was Moroccan F16s.....a little too exotic as it worked out but Noggy F35s were always the more obvious given the positions the tankers took, first delivery flight on BLUE/RETRO ive had for them frosty guys!

CE079 the F35s were on which is a bad sign, suggests its going to be a quiet year again!

See fairly new VMGR-252 KC-130J playing down off NC Coast #170037 (AE6A12)

More troops to the theatre it seems.. Hopefully some of these guys can retrieve weapons we gave them.
No use to them when they surrender so easily... Shades of Vietnam... GW said it best.. "Beware foreign entanglements".
Assume we will soon see many new RCH flights out of North Carolina to Kuwait etc

1425 SPADE-31 req wx at KRME for next 2 hours from McGuire metro 239.800
Getting activity on Philly apch 319.500 and ZNY Milton 269.100.
Sounds like flight of 3 chatting on 319.500 mentions possible popup storm over Rome NY area.
Seems like they are using 319.500 as A/A. One of them got Atis and will be landing runway 15.

McGuire metro still working Ron as SPADE-31 got wx from them Ok. Rare to hear metro requests anymore.
Hope our guy up at Griffiss catches these guys :) Almost sound like slow movers as heard them
chatting quite a while on 319.500
Mark,

Right about meteo freqs. Haven't heard the DOV, ADW or Langley meteos for several years. I think all that stuff went to ComSat.
