Cheers for the logs Ed, that BLUE 21-22/RETRO had me scratching for a bit to be honest, only match id got on that call sign previous was Moroccan F16s.....a little too exotic as it worked out but Noggy F35s were always the more obvious given the positions the tankers took, first delivery flight on BLUE/RETRO ive had for them frosty guys! Thanks for filling in the blanks, Dean! I caught this on recording this morning here in Maine.
Here's my logs:
1144z 293.000 BLUE 41 and RETRO 91/92 doing trivia at first followed by some refueling comms then told to “push 268.4”.
1158z 303.000 BLUE 41 and BLUE 42 A-A comms.
1201z 289.700 No positive ID but sounded like two tankers, “we’re in the block 250-270 currently at 260”.
1218z 268.400 BLUE 41 and RETRO 91/92 check in on new boom freq.
---------------------------
I'd also like to add I caught the NoAF F-35's yesterday (Aug 11) passing through on recording as well.
Here's the logs from that flight:
1259z 254.600 BLUE 21 and RETRO 71-73 Boom freq, talk about hearing from BLUE 22 and then refueling comms after that.
1259z 303.000 BLUE 21 and BLUE 22 A-A coordinating their rendezvous over New Brunswick, Canada.
That's all from here.

CE079 the F35s were on which is a bad sign, suggests its going to be a quiet year again! Thanks for filling in the blanks, Dean! I caught this on recording this morning here in Maine.
