Oh they stop by many times. Not many USAF C-5M mech Cert bases so Dover gets a few of them.
Dover has good rep for fixing tough C-5M problems so sometimes Travis sends them to Dover for repairs.
BTW Travis CP is same as Dover 349.400

There are four "slots" labeled Open-Mission freq. Must be discretes assigned for each mission.

I went back and gave the recording of ROGUE a listen again, and again, and again. After numerous listens trying to really determine what the pilot was saying, it was in fact RAVEN not ROGUE. He was somewhat muffled and sure sounded like ROGUE. Sorry, it was RAVEN 31 flight of four entering Yankee to work with WARDOG. As far as the 226.15 frequency, I deleted anything I had on that as the interference was too much. I was going off my initial notes and probably shouldn't have put it in the report. Sorry. I must have been hanging around Biden a little too much and started posting bogus reports just like him. My dementia must be getting worse than his!!
Thanks for the 226.175 freq. I'll add it to my bank and see if I get any hits on it.

1215- ADS-B showing C-130J # 14-5788 from Little Rock AFB AR on the ground at Dulles. I think that this is one of the C-130Js we see in our area as a medical Evac flt.
Good pic from someone on the ground under AR20. This took place close to where my parents are for the summer.
Going through some audio I had saved through the week. Wed. Aug. 25 at 9:40AM ET, hearing "BANGER11 in the block, MARSA with NIGHTJAWS" getting altimeter from Boston CTR. 123.87 and 349.7.
1901EST- Nighthawk 31 on 118.875 taxiing from hanger (missed number)
Odd arrival at Dover tonight inbound 1955 local.
N337LS GLF5 calling Dover Ops 134.100 several times never heard a message or reply.
Came in from Chino airport California. There was a young Marine Kareem Nikoui age 20 from that part of California.
Maybe someone got family members a ride to Dover.
2030 local N917GA GLF5 inbound Dover with apch 132.425 from Salt Lake City. Also lost a Marine from Utah as well in Kabul.
2040 N917GA landing runway 1 at Dover. Have a feeling something is on for later tonight.
