Pair of C-17's nose to tail just departed Ramstein.. RCH 325 #04-4131 and RCH 535 #01-0192.
I would say these are the flights folks are waiting on in Dover..Should be here between 7-8 am local.

0705 local SAM-211 B737 01-0041 enroute Dover from Andrews.Req runway 1 on 132.425 apch.
RCH-535, 325 about half hour out inbound. Low cloud deck.. NAVY-100 reported breaking out at 900 feet.
RCH-535 coming in fast still at 350-400 knots and FL-6k landing runway 32.
0734 SAM-210 off Andrews C-32 98-0002 towards Dover.Running a bit late.
Prob will take a while for C-17's to taxi and park and get everyone ready.

0755- SAM 219 (C-37 # 06-0500) off ADW looks to be heading for DOV.
Appears to me to be some lousy coordination. One would think that all the SAM's should've been on the ground before the Reach's got there.
0807- DOV Ground tells Reach 535 that the TFR just went into effect. So maybe POTUS on SAM 210 or 219?
0812- Reach 535 just cleared for take off.

Yeah first time Potus I have heard been late for this.. AF-1 is always parked at least a half hour before arrival

That makes sense since he was off DOV very quickly after Reach 325 landed. Right now he's over southern NY looks to be headed to Stewart ANGB.
I wonder if RCH501 C-5M 87-0034 that flew SFO-ADW yest (8/28) was flying VPOTUS limos back? She was scheduled to be in San Francisco this week but canceled last minute.
Usually, C-17s fly the cars but I guess there are few Globemaster available right now.
