I was trying to find this flight on the Shannon LiveATC archives but the recording was not available during the time of the incident. The photo in the article is of 99-0404 but the caption indicates it was "pictured at Shannon previously". The flight in question actually seems to be SAM 521 operated by 09-0525 ?

Couple of Batons/Havocs working today. EC-130J # 98-1932 is off Harrisburg heading west. # 99-1932 is still on the ground at KMDT. At 1104 #99-193 is off Harrisburg and looks to be following #98-1933. #99-1933 is using callsign Havoc 92 and is working ZNY Middleton (132.2)

I think your right. I had 09-0525 penciled in as well as seemed only flight to match this area yesterday.
I should have read fine print on photo ..previously
Happens often on some aircraft news stories with File photos pictured instead.Almost like Fake news LOL.. The UPS flight photo seemed correct and flight number matches track.Seems a Philly,Germany,UK regular flight
though flightaware software did not pick the divert on destination yet shows on map.

Politi Fact said False story as they brought in Bio-Fuel Diesel generators which run on used cooking oil... Ah yeah ok.
Either way extra fuel generators are needed to top off the electric cars.
