E-4, ADFEB3 flight callsign GORDO16 was the aircraft utilising it. Didn't come across anything on HF that I could be sure was it.

0855- Unid acft (no call noted) working on 27th FS Langley discrete (233.525) & same acft on 236.825 (ZDC Snow Hill) & ZDC Super HIgh (307.275) climbing to FL390. Then working ZDC Woodstown (363.0) & ZNY Kennedy (282.3). Id as (?Micah?) flt -- flt of two.. Might be the Langley guys going up to NY area.

0912 MEXICO-2 heard A/A 233.525
0910 WILD flight ZDC 360.700 headed for Pax area. Hearing some other A/A 358.850
Don't see any tankers up North so assume the MEXICO's are going to land somewhere.
0917 MEXICO 233.525 asking about ATIS for Wheeler Sack. They are using runway 21.
0920 MEXICO 1 tells wingman to leave Aux and go to Ch 60 to get clearaance into Viper airspace.
0925 Second flight MEXICO is also A/A 233.525 chatting how cold it is and miss flying in Florida
0929 MEXICO 3 flight pushes ZNY 282.300 at FL390.. MEXICO 3 chatting with MEXICO 1 233.525 but can only hear MEXICO 3 now.

QSL Mark. Thanks for clearing that up. Was hard for me to hear clearly. Hear it clear now. That fits nicely. I have MEXICO as 27th FS callsign.
0912- Sounds like another flt Mexico 3 & 4 on the way. Chatting w/Mexico 1 flt on 233.525. Mexico 1 flt check in w/ZNY Elmira (298.9) & advises they will be descending in about 90 miles. Mexico 1 flt starting to fade out on me, but heard some broken comms w/ZNY Elmira that mentioned entry into the Viper airspace.
0920- Hearing Mexico 3 flt on ZDC ??? (353.95) climbing to FL390. Then w/ZDC Super High (307.275)>ZNY Kennedy (282.3)
Mexico 1 flt on 233.525 chatting about use of airspace from base to FL300.

353.950 is the new ZDC 39 Snow Hill Super High, replaces 236.825 AFAIK.

Thanks for confirmation.
236.825 is still in use, so now must be Snow Hill Low usage. Langley guys use it all the time when they are exiting W386, usually at FL140.

So that would be ZDC 23 Cape Charles Low sector ? So has 236.825 replaced 256.800 ? Or is 256.800 also still used ?
256.800 was replaced by 293.225. Yeah 256.800 is gone.

Thanks. I'm trying to keep up. I thought 293.225 replaced 257.700 in ZDC 54 Salisbury High (FL240-FL350) ? If Langley traffic is exiting W386 at 14000 on 236.825 then it must be the Cape Charles low sector (ex 256.800) ?
Yeah not sure on 257.700 yet.. A few days ago Southbound Retro 84 jet skipped the usual 257.700
and went to that new freq but took him a while as he was too far North but finally got them.
Normally would be 257.700 then Cape Charles freq. Will keep ear out on 257.700

1537 RETRO-84 on that new Cape Charles ZDC freq 293.225 at FL 260.
1539 RETRO-81 going to FL 430.. "Yeah we split flights about 100 miles back..He is going to KSSC"
1544 RETRO-84 now has ZDC L+C on 293.225 at FL260. self id as single F-16.
1550 RETRO-84 pushes ZDC Norfolk 327.800 FL-260

For all it's worth there was a NOTAM issued October 1st of the change.

Looks like 58-0063 is getting ready to launch at KIAG, might be the tanker for Lightning 4 ATCAA also, Lightning 4 is scheduled for tomorrow too!
1050- hearing 233.525 active, sounds like all 4 MEXICOs up on it, one called fuel 14.6
1100- Sounds like MEXICO changed to VT freqs. now working with F-35s THUMPER, BRASS, STOUT - 226.300, 261.800, 349.700, 234.800 active.
