Does anyone know who the C-12 # 76-0168 TITUS ## at Andrews belongs to? The Titus numbers change with each flt & there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the flt routes.

It gets around, it was up here in Northern Canada - Nov 01 - Nov 03 - Nov 05 - Nov 06. Not sure how far north they went but with stops in Winnipeg and North Bay I wonder if the trip had anything to do with the North Warning System ?

1415- Scan 8 (Dash-8 N984HA NGTF) working ZDC Patuxent (133.9)>Giantkiller (118.125) for entry into the Atlantic Test Track. Also working w/Echo Control (320.45)./ Working Giantkiller (249.8) advises they will have to cancel and will RTB Baltimore. QSY to ZDC Cape Charles (120.975).

Did you ever hear them on ATC UHF, just wondering what frequencies they used, today and yesterday as they passed over the Montreal-Ottawa area ?
Yesterday I heard them on 134.975 but I could tell they were working a cross-coupled frequency so not sure exactly which one they were on. It wasn't 266.800 though. Unfortunately I missed the handover to the next sector. Today Montreal Center was calling them several times, again on 134.975 but no reply from the B-1's.

Both flights were quite weak on Air/Air (341.750 & 241.450) so I suspect they were routing north of Montreal/Ottawa then towards Toronto and over Detroit. So likely working one of the lower level northern sectors as they were FL210 - FL220 and probably VHF as I was scanning UHF the whole time and nothing heard.

Had them on Nov. 5th

Re: 76-0168 TITUS 40. When they left Thunder Bay (CYQT) on Nov 01 their clearance (LiveATC) was to Churchill MB (CYYQ). TITUS 40 - YQT-YYQ.

I wonder if they went further north ? Not sure what the USAF would be doing up there with a King Air ? WAG but maybe it might have something do with the Sexbomb ? Or maybe it was just a junket to go watch Polar Bears ?
