This confuses me Ron as seems only the US has current capabilities to move any mass fighters or bombers around
the World. You never see Russian or Chinese tankers doing mass moves. Sure would like to see vids of that someday.
Anyone log a Russian or China Altrav recently? They just keep it cheap with missile threats.
Beware Doom and Gloom writers or analysts who don't see the real current picture.
Seems there are always pundits, columnists,DOD,Defense industries who keep trying to predict the next 20 years,
They rarely are correct just like the Climate Change folks :)

145AM exercise is concluding. One Cessna had flight path after Manassas to the Potomac River near Montclair VA then in a roundtrip straight line from there to Hains Point DC to over the Potomac east of Stafford VA and back to Hains Point to the Chesapeake Bay just east of Deale airport. Stayed around 2500 feet altitude the whole time. Other Cessna stayed about 6300 feet altitude, over Burke Lake VA to Hains Point to the center of the Bay southeast of Deale airport. Both then returned to Hains Point then north over the Potomac river continuing beyond the beltway, keeping at 2250 feet and 6300 feet the whole time. So if you didn't hear them, you know why.

Didn't sound like they were dragging anyone. Departed as a flight of 6 KC-10s (91-92-93-71-72-73) with QUAKE 91 as the lead.
QUAKE 91 LiveATC Audio
Haven't heard a flight of 6 KC-10's in long time. cool.
QUAKE 71-73 arrival messages at McGuire last night around after midnight local were routine most alpha 1
with few writeups.QUAKE 73 had 15 pax and some light cargo but that was it.
Maybe out there for recent Global Thunder exercise?
See new RAF P-8A on delivery Poseidon-1 ZP808 (43C91F) into Scotland now.

Not exactly mid-Atlantic but interesting B-Roll of B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers that flew a marathon mission on 10 November 2021, taking off from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota to strike simulated targets in the North Sea region.
The bombers joined fighter escorts from the United Kingdom’s Royal Air Force, along with US Air Force fighters and B-1B Lancer bombers assigned to Bomber Task Force Europe. The Task Force is a regular, rotational deployment of strategic bombers to Europe, which gives US air crews a chance to familiarise themselves with Allied airspace, infrastructure, tactics and procedures. Currently, B-1B bombers from the Texas-based 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron are deployed to RAF Fairford in the United Kingdom.

Anyone catch the callsign used by the B-52's ? I can't seem to find a reference to this flight on the usual Twitter feeds.

The really scary thing about this is that people believe it. Pretty much a mix of clickbait and propoganda by your defence industry to convince you to spend ever more on weapons without a war*

* though you seem to be able to dispose of a fair bit of explosives over Syria at the moment (ably assisted by your lapdogs from the UK) thus keeping that part of the industry rosey
