1425 local TEFLON 33 on Huntress 260.900 says receivers will be NOBLE 1 and 2.
Not seeing any tanker mode s yet.
1427 NOBLE 21 checks in on Huntress 260.900 says AR track will be Compton sounds like.
1436 NOBLEs check in on ZDC Dupont 307.250. Says on boom 247.500 CAP will start at 2000z
TEFLON says in the clouds at 250 so req lower A/R to 230-240. TEFLON showing as KC-135 #58-0045 Pittsburgh

A Canforce C-17 CFC3655 coming Southeast from CFB Trenton look like maybe Bermuda bound.

Looks like Teflon 33 is orbiting between Mark & Terry.

1505- Reach 729T (C-17 # 04-4136 AE1241 6th AS) land at MCAF Quantico VA. Departed from Houston TX.

1515- Antep-58 is still working a crazy flt route out over the Atlantic in W107/108. Probably dragging his wire antenna.

I tied a rope to the bottom of the tanker - so he will be doing circles - hope that stake is in deep enough !!

Huntress should hear him well and visa versa ---- they past right over the Gibbsboro transmitter site

I had the number of clients set to minimum of 3 ----- I bumped it up to 20 now. Sorry just experimenting

Wilmington Tower (ground side) on 126.000 is really weak from my PA site so I decided not to put it in the scan.
Slipped on over to KILG Terry and snapped a few pics inbound. Only audio I had was car Ham radio
on tower 126.000 which came in handy as he called AF-1 12 miles then 8 miles out to runway 1.
About 8-12 other folks there as well camped out under Runway 1 apch.
He was sort of crabbing inbound apch as breeze from the NW pushing him to do that...

Boom was supposed to be on 247.050 per Huntress but the tanker said 247.500 - so that is the new refueling frequency.

Check out my Huntress CAP feed (experimental on 76.124.165.101:5050 ) a delay of 17 seconds (lower right hand corner matches the visual to the audio portion). Still playing with the setting and programming frequencies as I hear them get added via radio or here.
Thanks Terry for putting this online!

No worries - will leave it on until the CAP closes down (presume after nightfall) - unless they keep it active. You may hear local stuff on the feed at other times. Still in experimental stage and need to add a Raspberry Pi to the site as well.....but still working on that side.

CAP active until 2300 per Huntress (presume UTC and not local time)

Nice photos - great place for spotting too. I had the advantage of just stepping out of the office and standing by the front walkway when I worked locally.

Audio sounds great here in Northeastern PA.

The key was being able to hear Huntress ground controller - which we can - from the Gibbsboro radar site. Dennis (Yocuz) confirmed he could hear it loud and clear which confirmed the location was not at KILG or KPHL. I am monitoring it from my site in Delaware County PA.

Can anyone confirm the air / air the fighters were using. Thought I saw 293.3 but was not sure and did not want to add it to the scan - unconfirmed.
I will add it for tomorrow if they use the same one.

I've tried setting up a feed to share with friends in IL and WA, but I can only get to work on my LAN. I'm not sure what I'm doing when it comes to router and firewall setup. Maybe you could help me with that? Router is a Motorola DOCSIS 3.0/AC1600.

I wasn't here to catch them A/A but that is a good freq and BM heard coms on it when they were inbound.
They usually stick with huntress 260.900 as their A/A in CAP and only push their squad A/A when inbound or departing CAP.
I heard TEFLON 33 mention their radio sucked today and fighters mentioned that also had a 1 out of 5 signal level at CAP beginning.
TEFLON said nothing we can do about it so it is what it is today.

Okay will add that one in anyway and see what happens. I have returned the feed to local traffic for now for testing. Will set Huntress up before I turn in for the night.
