1219 - DOOM 71 calling their tanker on 324.600 (AR-204) didn't catch callsign, possibly BUNT 33/34
1232 - DOOM 71 descending FL240-250 for AR with BUNT 33/34
1235 - DOOM 71 to ZBW 282.200
1244 - DOOM 71 talking with BUNT 33/34 on 228.275 coordinating AR

Atlantic TACAMO VLF active on 17.8 kHz.
Gulf of Mexico TACAMO on 27.2 khz.
Simultaneous TACAMO VLF narrowband transmissions end on 17.8 and 27.2 kHz.
Wideband transmissions on those freqs and the Pacific freq of 22.7 kHz (22.7 and 27.2, what could possibly go wrong?
) are now being transmitted at 1650Z.
Notice that Navy station NPM in Hawaii on 21.4 kHz has gone offline on this latest screen.

A new TACAMO signal on 31.7 kHz as 17.8 is active once more. Is anyone else seeing these VLF signals?
Try 292.100 for BUNT A/A. That's the only freq I can think of for MacDill.
After they split up DOOM 71-72 requested direct MIILS-YQM-YYG (LiveATC).
Could 31.7 be the E-4?

Thanks, that could have been it. I did get some hits on that freq but nothing I could make out.
I was sure thinking the same thing. Haven't NOTAMs been issued for trailing wire ops in that area before?
I've never seen that frequency used before but I normally don't look that high when I scan the VLF band.
Going Oceanic? I see two BUNT tankers went from Fla to Oklahoma BUNT-31,32.
BUNT-31,32 now on a track AR-112? at FL270 coming East so assume they are tanking someone else.
There is another tanker out in Missouri on AR-110 coming East at FL260 on that track as well.

BUNT 31/32 are on AR-112H with bombers right now; my best guess is FEAR 31/32.

1505- Scary 1 (F-16 121st FS DC ANG) off ADW (257.2) then working ZDC Hagerstown (227.125)>ZOB Blue Knob (327.1). Advises he is heading for VR-705.

DOOM 71 Oceanic clearance from Gander was via NICSO-48N50W-49N45W-5030N42W then turn around and take same route back to NICSO, destination KBAD. HF 8891 ETA 42W 2015Z FL260/FL270.
