That looks like him except I didn't see any writing on the fuselage. But if it is a light as the pic I could have missed it.

Is SAM 973 the 'third plane' with the Continuity of Government mission? Until recently it used the SAM 18 callsign.
Is this the first operational mission for 09-0018?
Looks like SAM 46 will park at Osan Air Base for the AF1 South Korea visit.
