Noticed that 09-0015 is heading to Ramstein as SAM250. Probably staging there for POTUS' trip tomorrow to Egypt.

Quite possibly that is the 'third plane' that used to be known as SAM 18.

It may later depart Ramstein with a REACH callsign and a spoofed hex ID as has happened on other recent AF1 international trips.

Also see 09-0018 pinging on ACARS as SAM46.

Don't see it right now, I saw the pings from this morning.

I wonder if it is just doing preflight checks for a flight tomorrow. For domestic trips SAM 46 usually parks out of sight at a military base away from the AF1 destination. On international trips SAM 46 often parks at the same airport as AF1 from what I've seen.

Looking like the players going to Sharm el-Sheikh tonight will include VC-25A 82-8000 as AF1 and C-32A 09-0016 as SAM 46.

The fuel stop will be Ramstein.

The President will be in Egypt for three hours to do a speech about how he's helping shut down the fossil fuel industry to save the planet. His planes will then go to Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the U.S.-ASEAN summit.
