MD A10's on the R5802 range, 293.3 a/a, 233.45 range @1030L.
Seeing this on ADS-B as well, but just heard an aircraft (I suspect one in the same) ID as a CROOK 23 on 118.975 - sounded like he will be flying a box pattern with 10 mi legs.

Ron had a DEVIL-91 flight of two 1232 local headed West mentions Brooke and oddly wanted VHF ZDC and gets 126.875.
First he tried 126.700 then comes back and gets correct 126.875.

In the last week or so I've heard the DC ANG request a VHF ATC freq. Wonder if that's something they do every now & then to make sure everything is working all right?. They also do the same thing with ADW tower sometimes using 118.4 instead of 349.0
