There is a KC-10 #84-0189 coming down NE coast it was BOBBY-64 the other day when at Bangor.
May just be returning McGuire at FL280 or could have a couple Alaska F-22 maybe on divert to Langley? Long shot :)

I've heard "Miller Time" a couple of times before and just heard it again during the exercises off NJ. Anyone know what it references?

EDIT:
Just found it in one of my files

(U) MILLER TIME—
1. (U) Informative call indicating completion of air-to-ground ordnance delivery. Generally
used by the last striker in conjunction with a pre-coordinated egress plan.
2. (U) Indicates survivors are aboard recovery vehicle (combat search and rescue [CSAR]).

1225 local CUBE-11 flight with ZDC 236.825 "will be non-standard 10 miles front to back" inbound Langley.
Seems BOBBY KC-10 cut them loose just past Halifax and it seems to be diverting West maybe due to lousy wx at McGuire.

I’m somewhat new to listening to the Guard Dog CAP. Trying to make sense of all the numbers I’m hearing.

Altitude is generally easy to understand (ascend, descend, maintain, established) at “two three zero” is 23,000ft.

Fuel gets mentioned a lot, I assume “seventeen point oh” is 17,000 pounds of fuel remaining.

My main questions are:

Is “Bullseye” Camp David?

When they say for example “Noble1 is bullseye [numbers]” are these polar coordinates?

So “Noble1 bullseye two three five nineteen” is he saying he is currently 19 miles and 235 degrees (southwest) from Camp David? The exact opposite, camp David is 235 degrees from him (he is 19 miles to the north east of camp David) Or something else?

Thanks!
It could mean this...

In Air to Air work, if someone is monitoring your communications and your told that there is an enemy fighter that is 270 degrees from you at 30 miles, the enemy then knows that YOU are 090 from him
at 30 miles.

If you dont mind my asking, where can one get the chart you showed, it has the boxes that show uhf/vhf frequencies. Everything I find online only has airport freqs but not the tracon info.

Thanks all for answering my question about bullseye. Googling “bullseye cap” and “bullseye position” were completely useless but now I know it’s a broader concept I can find more info. “Bullseye fighter call” seems to be working better for google, maybe just because I’ve now opened some of y’all’s links.

So bullseye is picked and known by all participants before the mission, and could be “anywhere” so the callouts are obscured to eavesdroppers (like me) who don’t know where bullseye is, but practically speaking, for this mission, are we pretty confident bullseye is usually centered on Camp David? Or anyone want to take a different guess as to where it might be? I think I’ve heard them periodically report their fuel status when “passing over bullseye” which I suppose would give it away.
