You all saw the file of ARTCC info that I posted a week or so ago. Well as of a couple of months ago, the FAA first created a much larger file of aero info...39,000+ lines in length! It contains EVERY aviation-related freq used in the US...towers, approach, departure, tracons, ARTCCs, EVERYTHING! Canada, too. The latest version is dated December 29 2022 and was posted this past Friday (a few weeks early as usual).

I've dived into it and deleted info for states that none of us come from or can hear, but info IS included that can be heard by JETCRAFTER, WBAGLEY, RALEIGHGUY, as well as everything for the "local" states near DC. It's sorted by "facility state" and is a tab-delimited text file that should be quickly recognized as a spreadsheet. For length, I've deleted the entries for 121.5 and 243.0, as well as ASOS, AWOS (and its variations), etc., but it is still 9,003 lines long! Also deleted columns like "facility number". Hope you all find it useful.

Where can I find the FAA master file you referred to? I travel frequently out of the area to multiple states, thinking it might be useful.

1225 local CUBE-11 flight with ZDC 236.825 "will be non-standard 10 miles front to back" inbound Langley.
Seems BOBBY KC-10 cut them loose just past Halifax and it seems to be diverting West maybe due to lousy wx at McGuire.
There is a Oceanic Res westbound off UK tomorrow for second wave of AK F-22's out of Spangdahlem.. Maybe CUBE-21?
Must be 6 tails in each wave as judging by 10 mile trail yesterday into Langley. Look for BOBBY 7* tankers Westbound.
First wave CUBE-11 may start there journey to Alaska from Langley tomorrow as well.

So bullseye is picked and known by all participants before the mission, and could be “anywhere” so the callouts are obscured to eavesdroppers (like me) who don’t know where bullseye is, but practically speaking, for this mission, are we pretty confident bullseye is usually centered on Camp David? Or anyone want to take a different guess as to where it might be?

Have you tried plotting the bullseye position when it's mentioned relative to the tanker when it's showing up on ADS-B ? I haven't checked it myself but being centered on the P-40/R-4009 airspace would seem to make sense ?

1135- Misty 11 flt (unid-several possibilities) working ZOB Indian Head (363.075) & ZNY Lancaster (292.125) then Philly approach (missed freq). Advises Lancaster that they are holding before doing a fly-over in the Philly area.

1150- Keck 21 (KC-46 # 21-46060) off WRI heading southeast. Thought Keck callsign was reserved for POTUS support flts. Guess not
