Looks like the F-15 on ADSB-X is SKOLL 1.
1114- SKOLL 1 check on ZDC 281.450, while at the same time RAGE 5 over to GT on 249.800.
1122- SKOLL 1 to ZNY 353.500
Not sure how accurate these groundspeed readouts are ? 956 knots is 1100 mph.

See a pair of Buffs coming in from Northwest US from Japan area.. Seems a couple REALM Tankers out of Travis hit them offshore Vancouver area..
You might see a Justice Dept FBI type Gulfstream callsign JENA *** pick him up or private Govt charter out of Miami? Will have to keep eye out.
