1750- Noble 01 working ZDC Patuxent (281.4) on way back to Langley. Complains of lots of noise on 281.4 & is switched to ZDC Baltimore (360.7).
1801- Nobles cleared to Langley at FL130 and QSY to Norfolk A/D (360.6)

Hope this question is OK in this forum. Couldn't find an ADSBexchange-specific forum.
Neither I nor my browser are literate in the Cyrillic language as is shown in ADSBexchange for country and city labels in Eastern Europe. Is there an option to display these in English?

There isn't one (though the owner of that website might have his own?). It does however fit in the Aviaition Monitoring section, specifically:

A forum to discuss decoding the various data transmissions such as ACARS, Mode-S, ADS-B, etc.
I don't use the website you mention but from screenshots here I know it has adopted the tar1090 display created by 'wiedehopf' and maintained via github : GitHub - wiedehopf/tar1090: Provides an improved webinterface for use with ADS-B decoders readsb / dump1090-fa which does allow other maps to be used. It might have different basemaps available but if not then you'd need to ask the site owner to implement one.
With all that said, it's not difficult to recognise most major countries on maps even if labelled in other languages and from that and simple searching find specific airfields / landmarks.

On the ADS-B exchange map, I go to the blue symbol between the "T" button and the arrow key, click on it and change the "worldwide" setting to "ESRI.com Streets" and English is displayed.

1035- CAP now Taboo 23 & Noble 11 flt. Taboo 23 not showing on ADS-B. Taboo 23 advises Guard Dog that they only have 2 working radios so will split one between Guard Dog, Huntress & boom freq.
TABOO-23 now showing as #61-0295 from 92 ARW which came into McGuire the other day.
LOKIE-82 E-4B #75-0125 off Andrews westbound so far.
The P-8A will look good in Canforce colors.. Hopefully they won't think about it for 5 years.

MD State Police are in the CAP restricted zone looking for two males who stabbed a 74 yr male.
Jared Soergel gave me a tip on FIRST F-22s going back to Langley right now after a fuel stop at Tinker AFB.
FIRST 11 flight of two air to air on 315.85, FIRST 21 flight of four chat on 285.15.
Both flights report a 100 knot tailwind, cruising at Mach .93 FL390.
Audio clips recorded on a BCT15X attached below. FIRST 21 tells a Mach 1.4 supercruise war story about coming home through Bahrain Control's airspace at FL450.
Gotta go, FIRST 41 just checked in with Indy Center on 348.625.

They caught the guys.
The first 6 Langley 27th FS F-22's arrive in the UAE.. Note ER underwing fuel tanks that will probably
be removed before they do any local sorties.
