This morning had an interesting catch.
In the 0800 hour had Brave 1 & 2 (DC ANG F-16s) working w/Huntress (139.7) in a training scenario involving a couple of TOIs and using "simulated Guard freq". Info on the TOIs was passed to Huntress using a formatted msg of 9 lines.
Later in the 1100 hour had Cosmic 41 & 42 w/Huntress (260.9) working the very same scenario of two TOIs and "simulated Guard freq" and passing TOI info in formatted msg.

My guess for 254.425 would be Langley F-22s from 27/94th FS. Other guess would be a PAX test discrete.
