Wondering if anyone can help me with a couple terms and where to find a map that shows the areas. I always hear "heels", "turret", and a, b, c, d blocks for W386. I cant find any of that besides the w386 on this map. VFRMAP - Digital Aeronautical Charts. Where can I find a map that shows it. Thanks

Late this morning around 1145am local DEVIL 11 flight of 4 and SPAWN 21 flight of 4
inbound Atlantic City.. That SPAWN callsign new one for me here.
They all went up to Hariisburg area I believe to Duke MOA along with tanker TOPCAT 4 from McGuire
Afterwards TOPCAT 4 said we had negative contacts with the DEVIL,SPAWN flight so wanted to offload
somewhere else if possible, any C-32's around?

Mark,

Nice catch on the SPAWN callsign.

I'll add it to my list

I don't know if anybody here ever makes it up near Indiantown Gap but, I was listening to traffic on the state TRS the other day and caught Muir Ops working with a ground controller doing evolutions with helos. The ground controller advised Ops to have helos contact GCA on Victor frequencies 139.425 (original) and then 142.225 (revised). Freq was changed because of noise and broken comms.

I have no idea how often these freqs are used there or for what else they may be utilized. I was too far away from there to hear anything on line of site channels.

Some C-17's including two Alaska tails doing cargo work for US Navy from Miramar KNKX.
On their way to Argentina in case needed for sub rescue.
Couple Vids show them loading the Navy sub rescue gear at Miramar.

US Navy to Deploy Undersea Rescue Capabilities to Argentina

Tails mode s logged are
RCH 387 98-0051 AK ANG
RCH 388 00-0171 AK ANG
RCH 389 06-6164 Travis.
RCH 406 C-5M 84-0061 went from KDOV to KNKX last night.

Their first stop is MPTO in Panama then onto SAVC in Argentina.
Hopefully they won't need all that rescue gear.

Just had H-60 PAT07 do a flyby of my house. Oddly on adsbexchange it's showing ITMAN13 for a callsign.

Three active C-32Bs earlier, looks like 02-5001 must've gone into Pope. 02-4452 is returning to the east coast from the Utah area. This morning it left FL, into Oceana, then west. 00-9001 is a training flight out of McGuire. It was active this morning too.

Guys,

The following was posted by Alan Henney here in DC. Thought some of you might be interested

A couple interesting stories posted on Russia Insider, which appears to be an interesting hodgepodge of Putin propaganda, Russian-style tabloid news and a bit of the Russian version of Fox News.

The first story is a fast-paced piece about jamming U.S. military radio signals... sort of short on facts and details, actually reminds me of some Fox News reports.

Speaking of the Russians, has anybody been able to identify the satellite dish in front of the embassy here in Washington? Here are some photos. I always found the top floor interesting. Any antennas behind those glass panels?

Also curious what radios they use inside the complex?

Anybody hear anything about NASA acquiring C-20B 86-0206?

It's currently inbound to Langley from Houston as NASA520.
FAA does have a pending reg for N520NA for it, listing the sn as 86-0206.
.

NASA808 N808NA heading there too.
