I'm heading to Dulles in a bit. Looks like Art Nalls is on the way in his J3C.
I think T-28 N281CM is going there too.

0840- Coast Guard 01 landing at Manassas. I'm getting all sort of weird hex codes from it like 308447.

My former program manager is just now leaving Leesburg, probably heading over to Dulles.

60-0008 "Lucky Lady IV" from Barksdale is the B-52 at Dulles. The guy I talked to said they'd be leaving Monday morning. 12 "Winchester" missions = full loads of bombs dropped

I did a walkthrough of HMX-1 MV-22 168292.

Next to that was a USCG MH-65D, no # seen in any of my pics.
The Army was there with H-60 10-02032.

Bunch of older mil trainer type planes, Quicksilver P-51, and TBM-3E Avenger "Doris Mae".

It wasn't Art Nalls flying his J3C this morning. As I was in my truck leaving to go watch a little league game, I heard something loud and then someone on the MWAA radio system mentioned the Harrier had just landed.

Off in the distance between 1L and 1C there was a Volga-Dnepr IL-76 sitting out there. RA-76503 Came in from Miami on Thursday, must've been Wednesday I saw it passing through on the way to Miami. Wish they would've worked them into the show.

Second pic of one the J3Cs.

09/21/17 @ 1940 local- Hearing MD A-10's on interplane 271.4 and 149.125 AM (same female pilot on both freqs). Possibly working at the Warren Grove range tonight. The 149.125 freq is a rare catch for me.
Is that one of their interplane freqs??

That would be a FREIGHT-TRAIN CH-47F #13-08049 mode s logged Salisbury 2:45pm
Out of JB Eustis/Langley 159th Av Reg at KFAF
I wondered where that callsign came from but when you look up history and mission of Ft Eustis you will see.Think they have 70 miles of railroad track on Post.

Not milair but interesting, 8964E9 A6-CTC and 8964EA A6-CTD were noted on ADS-B heading northeast over my location today. The first two were delivered earlier - Emirates Flight Training Academy receives delivery of first training aircraft – Breaking News

A nice and slow Greenland > Iceland > Scotland crossing.

Thanks for pointing them out,yes also mode s logged these two yesterday.
No mode s on first two A6-CTA and A6-CTB so maybe went a ways Northwest of me here last Month.
Will have to keep eye out for the Embraer Phenom 100EV trainers which should pass us here someday.

Scramble has 169212 as EA/18G CN G415 on order..
Rare a Navy fighter shows mode s but sometimes they let slip while
testing at Pax River.. Not logged up this way and haven't seen logged anywhere else.
One other mode s site has AE5DBF listed as a unknown MV-22B.. Any altitudes?
