Streaming Scanner Display

Can anyone tell me how they are streaming the display to youtube at this channel?

I was thinking that this was the display of a SDS200 but I don't think so the more I look at it. I can stream the audio to a youtube channel using the OBS software but was wondering what was being used or needed to make the display with audio show up.
