Are you asking if you can search the entire RRDB by a talkgroup ID? If so, the answer is no.

No. I’m only asking if there is a search box where a talk group can be entered and tell me who it belongs to and location.

You're going to have to be more specific. Where would this search box be located? On the RRDB main page, or are you trying to search a particular trunked system? Are you trying to search by talkgroup ID, or by talkgroup description?

I’m sorry maybe I’m not understanding things like I should. For example I would look for information belonging to TG 62759.

There could be dozens or hundreds of talkgroups 62759 across multiple trunked systems. You need to first start by identifying which trunked system you're interested in.

Now I’m really lost. All I know is MARCS and P25 in our Macedonia Ohio area. Thank you for your help though.

MARCS-IP is the statewide P25 system for Ohio. If you are looking for TG 62759 on that system, then you need to navigate to the page in the RadioReference database for that system, and search on that page for 62759. CTRL+F in your browser will bring up a search box.

Click 'databases' at the top of the RR homepage, navigate to your state, then county if needed, and choose your system. Then use 'ctrl+f' on your keyboard and enter '62759'.

usmiladim I don't know what scanner you are using but if it displays Radio ID's (RID) you would do well to program in the RID's for municipalities that share a single talkgroup. Unless you are very familiar with unit numbers, street address, etc RID give you a better look at who is talking. Many of the RID's are posted in the WIKI.
