This is what I get when I try to install and if I try to install gnuradio it says that it can't find that package, but everything works great in debian.

if everything works great in debian, then just use debian

if you really want to install on kali, then find information how to install a recent version gnuradio. you're doing this on an unsupported OS, so you will have to do this yourself, but this shouldn't be a problem. if the install script finds that gnuradio is already installed, then it will skip this step.

Yes, thank you, but still it is strange, because before this latest version of kali, everything was working fine, but now something happend. So the thing is that my PC isn't so good enough to run telive in debian, but kali works best for me, so I guess I will have to fix this problem with kali manually.

Got linux mint + telive running for long time on older duo-core PC, without problems
Buy myself new i5 PC install linux mint 64 bit = OKE
Install telive = OK
after start GNU radio, get this message

i've made a small fix to osmo-tetra-sq5bpf , please update

this fixes garbage SSIs appearing and also sets the -r -s options in receiver1* scripts

please report any success or bugs

correct? the version number displayed is always 1.9?

telive: the version is still 1.9 (ok, there have been some updates without changing the version, but not recently)

osmo-tetra-sq5bpf: there is no versioning. check out the git log in your local repository if you're interested what changes were made and when

tetra codec: this has been unchanged fo a long time

libosmocore-sq5bpf: actually this is the original version of libosmocore from Osmocom, but kept at the state from 2014.


so the fact that you're still seeing 1.9 means only that telive is at version 1.9

add -e to the tetra-rx arguments, for example in the receiver1udp script that you're using

btw -e is for research only, it will show garbage data if there is any encrypted traffic. i don't recommend it for normal use

I've a strange problem the the grc under linux...
They works only first time i run them, from the second time i get no interface, rebooting works 8only first time).
