I went to the "21 Club" there once for a small Texas country concert. BYOB/L, counted more people than teeth and everyone brought their boxed wine. Good times.

Geez,

Another Round Rock (TX) resident here

Nothing personal but I learned to HATE Round Rock.

I was communications supervisor for the Cass County Tx Sheriff's Dept and
the output frequency and tone for Round Rock PD was the same as the input
to our repeater. During the winter this would drive us ""NUTS"". Got to where
the DPS and some of our officers would just lock out county to keep from having
to listen to your fair city. Before I left did change the input tone. Now they have
a new repeater and new frequencies.

BIG D!!!
Just a few blocks east of Love Field!!! Ham and scanner guy since before I can remember!!!

REALLY...had two Plectron single channel portables growing up in the Valley!!! 155.37 and ??? let me hear just about everything down there for many years!!!

Now I am only home 5-8 days a month, travelling the country and a scanner is always in my bags!!! That and a small ham rig, with general coverage receiver when I am in a small town...

MY DREAM...living in Marfa! Where the entire county is on one VHF freq...well that and the DPS APCO system....

Orange, TX here. That's as far southeast as you can be in Texas. On the border with Louisiana and Gulf of Mexico.
