I've had a surplus Racal 25 model 505 version 8.3 for a few years now. I really like this radio and it runs like a champ. It programs from the front panel and it even has some DES/AES keys left in it from the previous agency. The only problem is I don't have the programming cable. I am aware you can home brew your own but I'm not that technologically inclined. I really want to program it to enable all the zones. Right now it only has 3 enabled and the channels are all mismatched within the zones i.e. zone one channel one actually has a channel ID of 17. I would be willing to ship it to someone to program it (you would be compensated)
