time zone

k, i dunno if this is a bug or what.....


my time zone is GMT -6hrs, when the time changed i had to change it to GMT -5hrs to give me the correct time, and just a few min ago, its off by an hour again, so now i have to put it on GMT -4hrs to be my correct time, wtch means that the setting is now 2 hrs off from correct.

please help...

k, sry i forgot to log in cause i just cleard my temp files. the setting is still off by 1 hour, (its on GMT -5 hrs and its the correct time. where it should be GMT -6 hrs)

Matt, GMT (or more properly UTC) does not change for daylight savings time. Central standard time is always -6. If your area uses daylight savings time, then you need to adjust, which apparently you did.
