Toombs County 154.445

I live in N Florida. A few days ago, we had a "band opeining" and I heard a FD dispatch on 154.445 with PL 179.9 sending crews to a "hay bale fire on Murdock Road just off Hwy 184".

I tried to id the location of this, with various frequency and map searches for AL, GA, and FL. No real luck, but a few tid bits suggest to me this might be Toombs county GA.

Any ideas?

This was definitely not Toombs County Rural Fire. We use a PL of 127.3 and we have none of the roads mentioned in our county.
