Biden is making a visit to the El Paso tomorrow. What flight tracking program do I need to track Air Force1?

EST
11:00 AM THE PRESIDENT departs Joint Base Andrews en route El Paso, Texas

MST
12:45 PM THE PRESIDENT arrives in El Paso, Texas, El Paso International Airport North Cargo Ramp
3:45 PM THE PRESIDENT departs El Paso, Texas en route Santa Lucía, Mexico

The website below is the only site that usually tracks AF1.

Thanks for the times. What is AF1 registration number or how would I recognize AF1 on the tracker?

They use different frequencies, depending on who they are talking to. When in transit, landing and departing they use the normal airport and ATC frequencies.
I wonder what ATC control Center El Paso is in?

Depends what plane they use, probably 82-8000 (the big jet), with SAM46 (the backup that follows and lands at a different nearby airport) being 09-0015 or 0016 or 0017 or 0018.
Is SAM46 the one that carries the limo and support

No those arrive a day or two before on transport flights, SAM46 (or MC46 if outside the country) is a plane with AF1 capabilities used as a backup in case AF1 has problems. Keep in mind AF1 only uses that call sign when POTUS is on a USAF aircraft, it is not a specific plane.

Have already seen a C-5 and a couple C-17s fly into El Paso. Be advised you will have to listen close to hear any radio transmissions from AF-1 as they are very brief. Would also remind you they will be flying at high altitude, if you can catch them on the high sector frequencies, then you can follow as they get handed off to the other controllers. Review this https://zfwartcc.net/storage/documents/ZFW ENROUTE APR20.pdf

You might also keep an eye out on ADS-B for one of the E-4B Nightwatch aircraft in the vicinity. Tail numbers 73-1676, 73-1677, 74-0787, or 75-0125. They sometimes hang around when the POTUS is traveling, usually on a "training mission". (One will always accompany AF-1 when POTUS goes overseas.)

As far as the scanner goes, you might want to program the following:
362.2500 AM
292.8000 AM - SAM Air-to-Air UHF
136.7250 AM - SAM Air-to-Air VHF
171.2875 FM - AF1 Downlink VHF
415.7000 FM - AF1 Downlink UHF

Also, if there is an Air Force, Air Reserve, or Air Guard base in the vicinity with fighters (F-16, F-15, F-22), there will more than likely be a CAP (Combat Air Patrol) mission for the duration of the visit, and there will be a tanker (KC-135 or KC-46) in orbit to support that. They will communicate using their wing or squadron air-to-air frequencies, as well as the NORAD control frequency. (Sorry I can't help you with that one, because there is a frequency for the western US & one for the eastern US, and I'm an easterner.) The fighters will fly a circular pattern around the city, and the tanker will fly an oval pattern over a less-populated area nearby.

There is a lot to potentially listen to.

Is there available a data file to import into Google Earth of the ATC sectors?
