Pro-163: Trunk scanning help.

I own multiple Pro-163 scanners and all were programmed by the same person just over several months but after not using one for about 2 months i plugged it in and set it to scan. It scanned for several minunets not picking up any traffic on my trunked frequencys that my other scanner was reading. When i placed the scanner on MAN mode i could hear traffic but not when scanning. Can anyone give me advise to fix this issue. If it helps the T symbol was not showing while scanning on the one thats not reading the traffic but is on the one that works.

I am assuming you are wanting to hear Pierce County and Lakewood. If you are wanting to hear Pierce County and Lakewood, it appears to you need a digital scanner. For the system below, you will need a Phase II scanner such. PSRS Tacoma/Puyallup Trunking System, Tacoma, Washington - Scanner Frequencies

No I use it for kent, valley com, and other king county areas. Like i said i have another scanner the same model that picks up all the channels that are programmed into this unit but its not stopping on the channels when there broadcast

The one that is not working right, try resetting it back to factory default & reprogram it .

If you can, Try cloning the good working unit to the poorly working unit. I believe you can accomplish that without a pc, just a standard stereo/audio cable plugged to both units pc/if ports..
