Two Questions

1. With a newer model 8200 MkIII with true USB connector on the radio, can I use a straight through, standard USB cable to run 8200 Toolkit? Or do I need a 'special cable'?

2. Is there a way to do a 100% Factory Restore Reboot to completely wipe all memories and return to original condition?

After my P25 upgrade a standard USB cable works with the radio and 8200 Tool Kit is the best thing I have found for programming the radio and its free! I suppose you can download the memories from a new radio and keep that as a factory default. My 8200MKIII was full of test frequencies when I got it new.
