Two Tone Detect HELP!

TDD- Mine is not e-mailing at all I checked to make sure e-mail was set up correct I can manually send a e mail but it will not do it automatically when it detects a tone.

Can you help?

The 301 continuously means that you need to adjust your audio squelch level. It should say "no audio" when there is no radio transmission and show the freq during a transmission.

There are lots of variables. Let's cross one hurdle at a time. Based on what was in your log, it looks promising.

I did this and it says no audio and when the page went out today it would not pick any radio traffic.

You are adjusting squelch in ttd and not on the scanner, correct? With it set properly on the scanner, then adjust it on ttd until you get no audio when there is no radio traffic. Then open squelch on the scanner and see that you show freq in ttd. Close scanner squelch and it should go back to no audio..

2. Open Squelch on scanner w/o speaker plugged in and it has sound
3. Plugged in speaker and still have it saying no audio with the audio squelch so high it has to be all the
way to keep it not sending numbers in debug TTD.

The log file results you have posted above are letting you know that after you launched TTD the program retrieved the tone information from the tones.cfg file.

The log file you posted does not have the line in it that says it has detected your toneset, therefor no email would be sent. When it detects a toneset that you have it the tones.cfg file, it logs a line like this: {YourNameFireDept} page received at 05:53:44 on 06/28/17

To me, it looks like it is loading the tone info, but has not emailed because it hasn't sensed any tones yet. Have your tones been set off since you made the squelch settings change and launched TTD?

This isn't showing any tone being detected. Confirm your audio connections and that the correct audio input is being used. On the main screen of the program it should say "No Audio" when there is no radio traffic, and changing frequencies when there is radio traffic or when you manually open squelch on the radio/scanner.

It doesn't seem to be getting valid data from the sound card. Do you have a different sound card you can try?

Two Tone Detect

I tried it on another computer and recorded the weather channel so the sound cards works well, but it did not send a e mail with mp3 attached when the tone was sent by dispatch. I can send it manually as a test. This is a screen shot of Two Tone Detect D bug. Sorry for the sideways picture.
