Unable to log in to my Uniden

I’ve tried my username and previous password, since 2023 and successfully downloaded NXDN and DMR to my SDS-100 when purchased new from HRO in 2022.

no luck, the site is still saying “login failed“. My username and password-have not been changed?

I’m trying to upgrade to the waterfall display. Any ideas?

I was worried when I read this post, so I logged in. I was successful and I saw all the firmware upgrade announcements and my purchased keys for my scanners.

Type each character one by one to log in to ensure that a mistake was not saved by auto-fill logging in.

I logged in with your credentials also with no issues.

Only thought - on some sites, passwords can expire if an account has not been active in some time. If the site gives you the "Forgot Password?" option, you can reset and set a new password. You might even be able re-use your old one. Good luck!

I just checked mine and was able to log in. FWIW, I did go ahead and change my password, which I had not done in a while. Just something I do periodically to sort of be a moving target. :)
