Uniden BCD436HP software install

I have the BCD436HP running version 1.01.1 I just purchased it from Radioworld in Toronto. When I try to read the SD card on the scanner it is not readable from a windows 7 workstation even when I try to diretly insert the SD card in the workstation. Any ideas?

I tried installting the Sentinel software version 1.2.1 today Feb-9-2014 and when I tried to install the software a message "Publisher unknown appears" Now when I view your Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2iLToH_spE) I do not see this message. Any ideas?

Yes you must have admin status and run in XPSP3 compatibility mode.

When you put the Sd card in do you see it show up in device manager with a failed install?

In Windows 7 I do not see anything other than the drive letter. What is the latest software version I show 1.2.1.zip

Can anybody on this farm tell me what is the maximum capacity for an SD card using the 436 HP that will accept been looking like eBay for SD card the smallest one I could find is 16 gig will it work with his radio

I believe 32GB.

According to the instructions it will support 32 Gigs!! That's a lot of storage!!
