Hi, I am new to forum, so apologies if it is not the correct place for this.
The keypad on my UBC30XLT has gone wild. No key works as labelled. Down arrow in freq mode changes the volume, Hold key acts as L/O, cannot use down arrow while storing channels. This has made the scanner almost unusable.
Appreciate any help to solve this.
