Display question

On the call hisotry tab at the top where the active calls are shown, I wanted to know when the call is finished the information fades out can that be changed to go out instantly instead of fading out?

auto closes

Windows Vista 64bit.

Program works great with BCD996XT but the entire program closes on its own after 5-15 minutes then when you reopen no saved settings.

Any Ideas?

Does Unitrunker .10 have Group Hold Ability? or the ability to hold a channel to monitor it. The [F]find and F3/F4 keys don't seem to do anything from all the messages i've read (I know there were used in ver .7)

Thanks

Bill

I would like to know this too - I just got a PRO-107 and was going to test it out on a known system, but I have been having trouble getting it to work.

Describe your receiver settings (on the Info tab) and we'll go from there.

Why are you using: Park 855.6875 And Com 12 ?

Com12 is the port assigned by my computer to the '107 when I attach the USB cable to it.

855.6875 is the control channel frequency that is in use.

Ok so the cable is working ? I use Com 3. You want the Park channel to be a channel that is quiet = never used in your location and Never a control channel.

Your Com setting for the cable is fine, I use Com ports 11 and 12 all the time with UniTrunker with no problems. It doesn't matter what frequency you use for Park on your signal receiver because it will be busy listening to the control channel. Now, if you use voice following with a second receiver, then you need to set that Park frequency to some quiet frequency nobody is transmitting on. I use 851.0000 myself.

What I'm wondering is, maybe you need to set the baud rate from 9600 to 115200, because that's what the PSR-500/600 and Pro-106/197 use, and I think that if the Pro-107 is built off of the same GRE manufactured platform then that's going to be the setting you need to use for your scanner. I couldn't find anything about it in the online manual, so I could still be wrong.

... sorry for that... I am new to these forums and did not know whether I should post it here or elsewhere... That´s is why I decided to open a new thread. It was not my intention to disrupt this one.

Will keep my discussion at the specific thread and not this one.

Regards. Carlos.
